Vic; Pasta machine death case paves way for compo suit
A grieving couple whose teenage son was killed when he was dragged into a pasta-making
machine will be able to claim compensation following by a Supreme Court ruling.
His lawyers say Justice MARILYN WARREN'S decision to award compensation to the parents
of 18-year-old LEON SHOEBRIDGE clears the way for claims by other victims of workplace
injury or their families.
During the last term of the KENNETT state government the right of workers to sue employers
